 How will I receive my files?
Files are usually e-mailed directly to you. We also have a private logon area to download larger files or if you wish to share files with your printer. Files can also be supplied on CD and posted to you directly if requested.
How many revisions can I have?
As many as you need within reason!
I only have my logo in web resolution - can you redraw it for me?
Yes, conversion of low resolution images is our speciality!
Is there software I can use to do the conversion myself?
Converting raster (bitmapped) art to vector art is not an automatic process; you must trace over the raster art with the vector tools in Illustrator (or any other vector
program). There are programs (such as Adobe Streamline and Celinea Vectoreye) which attempt to trace automatically, but the results are never perfect. The only way to get a really top-notch vector version is to trace by hand which is what we do at vectorgraphic.co.uk!
Do you work with Pantone colours?

I've lost the files sent to me, can I get them again?
Yes - all work is archived and can be sent again free of charge.
Its been some time since I ordered my logo but I need some changes, can you help?
Yes - If you need minor changes to your design or other sizes and file types, they can be carried out free of charge.
How are payments handled?
All major credit cards are accepted through the secure servers of PAYPAL. If you are in the UK you can also use NOCHEX or payment by cheque pending approval.
Do you provide invoices detailing my jobs and costs?
Yes we can provide detailed invoices for your jobs upon request. Invoices are sent by e-mail in PDF format.
Do you accept payment in Euro's?
Yes we accept payment in Euro's and also British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD)
